Counselling
I offer a complementary 20 minute session by phone.
You may choose between three of different ways of meeting:
- In person (in the Greater Vancouver, BC area)
- By phone
- Online (via Zoom or Microsoft Teams)
My rate is $195 per 50 minute session, or $285 for 80 minutes. I do offer discounts for those of low means, as well as Christian ministers paying out of their own pockets. For couples the rate is the same, but I have an 80 minute minimum. Please reach out at (604) 315-7782.
Because I am a social worker all of my individual clinical services are GST/HST exempt.
Coaching
I also offer personal coaching in the areas of burnout, compassion fatigue, and other areas of professional development for those in the helping professions. For this my rates are the same.
Organizational Consulting and Training
In addition to providing one on one counselling and coaching, I offer remote and onsite assessment and consulting services to social service agencies, companies, and churches. My areas of expertise include:
- High-stress work environments
- Compassion Fatigue and burnout among staff
- Organizational health
- Turnover and worker attrition
I also offer a range of workshop on the topics of “Occupational Stress & Burnout”, “Vicarious Trauma & Secondary Traumatic Stress”, and “Industrial Strength Self-Care for Helping Professionals”.
